The house has a colonial architecture and it is decorated according to its style. The property is located in the city center, in the heart of the Prado, 50 meters from the boulevard and the cyber-cafe; 300 meters from the Malecon of Cienfuegos. It has a main entrance and a staircase to the bedroom and terrace. It is completely independent of the rest of the house, has total privacy and security. Room for rent (1) is on the second floor, whatever with a good ventilation system, with several windows, air conditioning, fan, hot and cold water, TV, refrigerator and private bathroom, it has a spacious terrace overlooking the meadow where you can also sunbathe.
