Home built in 1950 and remodeled recently. It has 3 spacious rooms with living room, intercalated bathroom , hot and cold water, air conditioning with Split, ceiling fan, TV flat screen, minibar, two ¾ beds, one of the rooms, located in the top floor with a personal bed in addition. Several common areas like Living Room, Dinning Room, Cigar Bar, Interior Yard, Bar-Breakfast, Back Yard, Solarium. All these furnished areas for breakfast and meals, meetings, casual encounters. Breakfast are provided at the request of guests, as well as occasional meals. Transportation is handled from and to the airport.
