It is a modern house of two floors and terrace, which has the second floors only for the rent. It has a living room with TV, phone service, Wi-Fi , a dining room, a yard with tables, rocking chairs and private washers, terrace where you can enjoy a view of the city and cool off the heat with cocktail services and national and international drinks and two bedrooms with private bathrooms.

Room number 1 has one double bed, two night tables with lamps, a closet that has a shelf, clothes rack and shoe rack, a dresser with mirror and seat, heated with Split and Fan, Digital TV, Minibar, paper basket and windows to the outside.
